About
Natalie

I'm Natalie, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Shavington, Crewe.

I believe counselling should be a space where you can be yourself, without judgement or pressure. You are the expert in your own life, and my role isn’t to tell you what you should do.

Instead, I’ll listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you as you find your own way forward.

Our work together is collaborative and guided by what feels important to you. We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable, creating space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that feels safe.

I offer counselling in person from my private therapy room in Shavington and online for adults aged 18+, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

What can counselling help with?

You don’t need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what’s wrong to come to counselling.

Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself. Maybe something from your past is still affecting you, or you’re finding it difficult to understand your thoughts, feelings or relationships.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including:

Anxiety & overthinking

Understanding anxious thoughts and finding ways to feel more grounded.

Trauma & difficult experiences

Making sense of experiences that may still be affecting how you feel, think or relate to yourself and others.

Bereavement & life changes

Having space to process loss, change, uncertainty and the emotions that can come with them.

Low self-esteem & confidence

Exploring self-doubt and developing a stronger, more compassionate sense of yourself.

Relationships & boundaries

Understanding relationship patterns, exploring your needs and learning to develop healthier boundaries.

Feeling overwhelmed or stuck

Untangling what you’re feeling and finding a place to start when everything feels too much.

A space to pause

Sometimes we become so busy coping with everything around us that we don’t have the opportunity to stop and ask ourselves how we’re actually doing.

Counselling gives you that space.

A chance to slow down, talk openly and explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

Together, we can begin to understand patterns, experiences and feelings that may be affecting you today, while making space for what you need now.

There’s no pressure to have all the answers. You don’t have to know where the conversation will lead.

We start with where you are.
