Counselling that starts with you

A safe, supportive space to understand what you're going through, reconnect with yourself and move forward.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. You might be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, difficult experiences, relationships or simply feeling like you've lost your sense of who you are.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, make sense of what's happening and explore things at your own pace.

About
Natalie

I'm Natalie, a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Shavington, Crewe.

I believe counselling should be a space where you feel heard, understood and accepted for who you are.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to listen, help you make sense of what you're experiencing and support you as you find your own way forward.

I offer counselling both in person from my private therapy room in Shavington and online for adults (18+), giving you the flexibility to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

A sunlit forest trail with a dirt path surrounded by lush green foliage and tall trees. Sun rays shine through the leaves, creating a bright, serene atmosphere.

What can counselling help with?

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including:

Anxiety & overthinking

Understanding anxious thoughts and finding ways to feel more grounded.

Trauma & difficult experiences

Creating space to understand experiences that may still be affecting you.

Bereavement & life changes

Finding space to process loss, change and uncertainty.

Low self-esteem & confidence

Exploring where self-doubt comes from and developing a stronger sense of yourself.

Relationships & boundaries

Understanding patterns in relationships and learning to recognise your own needs.

Feeling overwhelmed or stuck

Making sense of what you're feeling when you don't know where to start.

You don't have to work it all out alone

There are times when the things we've experienced can continue to affect how we feel, think and relate to ourselves and others.

Perhaps you're constantly overthinking, putting everyone else's needs before your own or struggling with confidence. Maybe something from your past is still affecting you today, or life has reached a point where things simply feel too much.

Counselling gives you the space to pause.

Together, we can explore what's going on beneath the surface, understand patterns that may be holding you back and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you.
